What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate, Uncomfortable Pain And Tissue Like Discharge?

Hi I am certain I have a UTI because of the constant need to pee and uncomfortable pain, but I now have a very odd tissue discharge when peeing, it comes out like a glob and is mostly light white in colour with what looks like red or pink tissue attached to it. I also have constipation and took Movicol which should help but it hasn t. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow but please advise so that I have some idea as the tissue discharge is alarming

Hello,

You should do some blood tests regarding the urine infection and a urine test also. An abdominal ultrasound will be very specific in distinguishing what is exactly that tissue. Please wait until your doctor appointment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
