What Causes Constant Twitching All Over The Body With Dehydration?

I have been unable to eat hardly anything since Jan. 29th. I have lost just over 20 pounds. I am tired all the time. I have these weird little twitches all over my body. I can t seem to keep myself hydrated no matter what I do. I just seem to be getting weaker every day.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear!
It is normal to get weaker when you do not eat or drink
In case you wanted to get thinner and lost weight intentionally, please ask medical help to a psychiatric, maybe this is a nervous anorexia
In case you could not swallow because you felt like pain or obstacle in your throught, please consult a gastroenterology doctor. Ask for help!
I find this answer helpful
