I am clearing my throat all the time, after I am up in the morning for a couple of hours it seems I cough and bring up phlem this happens often during the day , I use a netti pot twice a day, just can t seem to get rid of the feeling that there is something in my throat. I have had under active thryoid for years and am on medication....any suggetions of what I could do to help this problem...........
