Ive had this spaced out feeling for the past 3 years, i remember the moment it happened, i heard it, and i felt it, it was like a very faint tick in my head (sounds crazy but i dont know how else to explain it) and i even had to get up and go outside because everything just felt so weird, like cartoonish, and since then i've been spaced out, like i can't even have a conversation without spacing out. It's like im just in the back seat on auto pilot. What could this be? Im sick of suffering from this. I can't experience any positive emoitions. and it's made my memory TERRIBLE. please help me.
