What Causes Constant Sleepiness While Suffering With Rat Lung Worm Disease?

I am verging on a coma, in these very moments. I contracted the disease common name is Rat Lung worm. I am in Hawaii. My condition had gotten decidedly worse in the past two days. I suppose I want to know if there is a way to resist the tendency I am having now of falling into a deep sleep. Yesterday I even fell asleep standing up!!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The constant sleepiness indicates spread and involvement of vital brain structures via parasitic infestation of Angiostrongylus round worm harboring lung parenchyma, central nervous system and various body organs. I would like to re address the issue if you have latest imaging work as MRI or other available for brain tissue.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
