What Causes Constant Shaking, Weakness And Lack Of Focus?

I woke up today feeling shaky, weak, and unable to focus. It s almost like I have been drinking and have the buzzed feeling but I have no absolutely alcohol in me. My BP is fine, 125/86. And I have eaten something for breakfast and lunch. I drink lots of water, over a liter today.

Seems you are not spending time in deep sleep. Generally sleep pattern goes from shallow to deep overnight. If due to several reasons like anxiety, worry, mental stress or not enough physical activity on a day could lead to lack of good quality sleep. Try walking some time after dinner. Visit sleep specialist or physician of problem persists.
