Hello,

Conditions like tinnitus must be ruled out. As a first line management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. An otoscopic examination is required to rule out possible causes like perforated tympanic membrane.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
