General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM .
You are having phlegm ( stuck in the throat ) and due to this there is nausea or sometimes vomiting.
Such type of symptoms may be due to some allergy .
Allergy develops bronchoconstriction and this produces cough and post nasal discharge ( due to post nasal discharge few patient feels that something is stuck in throat and vomits ).
In my opinion take some anti allergy tablets and avoid allergens like dust, mite , pollen , fine dusting powder , smoking .
Hot coffee and steam inhalation also provide relief.
Further ,if any question I will reply.
Good luck.
