General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms describe an anxious situation that must be evaluated.

Your insomnia and palpitations reflect that your mind is not peaceful.

As you said after surgery you had, you haven't been very well, and this may have affected you emotionally.

I suggest you have a consultation with your doctor, he may prescribe medications that release you from these symptoms and also take action to the problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suzana Zharri,
