What Causes Constant Pain In Joints And Lower Back?

I have constant pain in my joints ,mainly shoulder , hips and lower back pain apart from the lower back pain , I get very uncomfortable pains in my shoulder and hip, the only way to get rid of the pain is to twist my arm around or move my hips/leg until my joint cracks and it gets rid of the pain, I have seen the doctor and have bloods taken for arthritis and have also had an xray on my shoulders (which nothing was wrong) I also have diarrhea a lot of the time. I wonder if you could help me and tell me what it is, maybe it is my diet. I have changed my diet and have realized whenever I have milk/cheese or any dairy product ,I get diarrhea, I m on lacto free milk, and have cut dairy products out of my diet but I am still the same.im sick of being in pain all the time and using heat patches and taking ibuprofen and panadol, if you could give me an email back I could really appreciate it, thanks.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

A thorough neuromuscular assessment is advised.

As by reading the history what I understood is that you have trouble with your shoulder, hip and lower back. usually soft tissue Injuries gets unnoticed in the x-ray as x-ray are based for only bony visuals. An MRI will be suggested to see the soft tissue Injury. Also, it feels your muscle is weak so until you make it squeezing tight you don't get relief. The diet has no role in your pain and aches.

I will recommend to undergo MRI of cervical and lumbar spine as I feel it is more of a soft tissue Injury and there is a nerve pinch.

A proper neuromuscular assessment and MRI reports correlation, with physical therapy your symptoms can be controlled and strengthening can be performed.

Since you tired medicine you can try physical therapy along with medicine which will help to reduce the pain and improve the strength in the muscles.

In my clinical practice such cases respond well with a combination of medicine and physical therapy.
