What Causes Constant Pain In Abdomen Above The Navel?

I have persistent pain in my lower right side before the waist line, before my navel, its somtimes severe not always and very uncomfortable, Antibiotics and anti-inflamatory drugs were recommended but only helped while I was using them. But the sysmtoms returned gradually again after using them for 2weeks. Please help.

You need to do abdominal ultrasound and gastroscopy to rule out most common disorders such as gastritis and gallbladder issues.
