What Causes Constant Pain Around The Right Ear?

I have constant otic pain around my right ear. I have been suffering from this pain since a whiplash injury 39 years ago. In the past 3-4 years, the pain has increased and is dibilitating. I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia 3 years ago and underwent decompression surgery for it last December. I was pain free for 3 weeks. So, I have ear pain, jaw pain and lesser right facial pain almost nonstop. I take Depacote for the otic pain, but relief is minimal. Please help.
