What Causes Constant Nausea, tiredness, back Pain And Spotting?

In January I went out of town without my birth control pills, had my period for the second time that month and got back to taking them faithfully. The first day of my cycle was Jan. 21. I got a sinus infection, put on antibotics, and my boyfriend and I forgot to use back up. This was Feb. 4/5. I started again Feb. 6. Last Tuesday, Feb. 16, I woke up in the middle of the night nauseated. Every night I feel like that. I have been very tired lately and feel like I am going to start. I am not due until March 4. Yesterday morning I thought that I was starting, but it was just a few spots. Should I be worried? When can I take a test? Along with the above symptoms, I am peeing constantly which is abnormal for me. My back is in constant pain, and my body feels out of whack.
