What Causes Constant Nausea And Acid Reflux?

ok I have ben experiencing pretty constant nausea for 3 days or so. no vomiting. acid reflux too. I am over 60. I feel awful. thought it might be diverticulosis, which I had before, so I took some laxatives to help that situation, which it did. but I still feel the nausea. headaches too. what could it be?

First do a stool exam to ruled out ova and parasites.Then do one ultrasound to ruled out gall bladder stones.Finally do a digital endoscopy exam to ruled out easophagus and stomach problems .First complete all investigations .
