Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For the last 4 days, I have had a constant headache in my right temple. I normally suffer from migraine headaches, but not like this the pain is different. It feels as if there is something pressing against the temple. I have tried ibprophen and this butibal caffiene pill. Nothing is helping.
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts
I can understand your concern. You have history of migraine and this headache which is present in bilateral temporal region is probably due to migraine only. Pulsatile, throbbing or pressing pain is seen commonly. Ibuprofen is not working. In such case analgesics like Naproxen in combination of Domperidone can help. Visit a doctor if pain increase in severity.
Thanks, Hope this helps you.
Take care
