General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your constant headache following usage of aspirin with a previous history of thyroid disease I am suggesting that you have a migraine reason due to there is a strong tie between hypothyroidism with migraine
In view of this please do a thyroid function test and see your physician with the result
Meanwhile if you are not taking your thyroid drugs please use can restart along with your other analgesics
I hope this helps
