What Causes Constant Headaches And Burning Sensation In Ears?

Hi i would like to know why do i have constant headaches and a feeling of a burning scout? I sometimes feel dizzy and tired and i also have pain in the back of my neck and a burning sensation in my ears as well. I also have hard time breathing when i am upset aswell

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
You appear to have entire clinical spectrum of Anxiety with Tension type headache(TTH).Constant headache at the back of the head,neck pain ,fatigue,dizziness are the typical features of TTH.Burning sensation in the ear along with the TTH features mentioned above fits into the syndrome of Anxiety-TTH.Breathing difficult is just an add-on to the diagnosis.
I suggest you to get an opinion for burning sensation in the ears from an ENT specialist.Meanwhile,please do regular mental relaxation exercises/Yoga/Pranayama and I hope the symptoms will improve.If these symptoms persist,please discuss with your physician to put you on tricyclic antidepressants.I hope it helps.
