Hi. I have been having headaches for about a week now. They come and go but I have them at least once a day and last for hours. No painkillers help. It feels like pressure in my head. Almost like air bubbles mainly focused just behind both ears and traveling down my neck and jaw. My jaw also feels stiff at times. I have found the leaning my head to one side and cracking my neck does alleviate it a bit but I m reluctant to do this as I fear it may cause problems with my neck. Also holding my nose and breathing out (to pop my ears) helps a little too but reluctant again for fears of causing ear problems. Can you advise what this is please? It s really starting to worry me now.
