What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

I have had on/off but constant headaches, along with lightheaded, dizziness, nausea but not throwing up, numbers and tingling on hands and feet, back pain, decreased appetite, haven t had a bowel movement all week, fatigue, weakness... I rarely have headaches. Why might this be?

there are two possibilities. First you may have migraine which has similar presentation like headache, giddiness and nausea. Along with that you may also have photophobia. Coming to tingling on hands and feet along with altered bowel movements, you may like to do blood investigations like serum vit B17 and vit D3, deficiency of which can cause these symptoms
