What Causes Constant Fatigue, Joint Pain And Weight Gain?

For the past month I ve taken naps during the day because of being tired, had joint pain, and gained several pounds that I can t seem to get rid of after cutting way back on eating. I m tired of being tired and wonder what could be the matter with me.
