Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice. It may be due to sore throat.

For that you can give cough syrup containing phenylephrine after consultation.

Give nebulization.

In case of fever you can give syp acetaminophen.

Watch for symptoms like breathing difficulty, high grade fever.

Maintain proper hygiene and keep hydrated.
