What Causes Constant Drainage Of Pus From Ears?

My left ear has been discharging yellow peep for the last one month. I consulted two END specialists I was prescribed many antibiotics but still not any relief. The said ear was operated in Feb 2002 as the para was torn. But operation could not successful and consequently started creating problems in one/two in a year. But during the last two years my said ear was completely ok but last month due to allergy in ear I put my little finger in ear and it started discharging. I also conducted culture test of pus upon which doctor adviced me to take live floating 500 of with other medicine for five days but no relief. Before this medicine I took augmenting 625 with chplo 500 two times. Pl advise

I really appreciate your concern, if the antibiotic given according to pus culture report and not responding then dose of this must not correct or inadequate dose must have been given or course of antibiotic not being completed, otherwise infection get autolyzed very soon, better to have ideal dose of antibiotic for 7 days, some time may need second antibiotic, hope this information helps, take care.
