What Causes Constant Dizziness And Nausea While On Antibiotics For Sinus Infection?

I m on day 7 of a 10 day antibiotic prescription for a sinus infection. I thought that I had a simultaneous flu, but I still feel really exhausted, mildly dizzy (I was very dizzy when I saw the Dr. 10 days ago) and a little nauseated. I also have been experiencing a stiff jaw (maybe a month or two). Now I m wondering if I ever really had the flu, and if the sinus infection and jaw are somehow related.
