What Causes Constant Dizziness After An Accident?
I had an accident aug 20 2016 where I hit my head on concrete causing me to lose consciousness, I also broke my collarbone and 3 ribs. Afterward when awaking in the morning when I sat up in bed the room would spin for several minutes. I could not stand during this time. It s now January 24 and I m still experiencing dizziness in the morning though about 60% less. Should I still have dizziness this long after?

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
You have to get an MRI scan to look for any trauma-related head injury as in case of diffuse axonal injury.
