What Causes Constant Chronic Headaches In A Child?

My 12 old daughter has suffers from a daily headache, every day all day long for the last 16 months. Headache intensifies with physical activity, motion, car rides…. Never goes away, just intensity changes. We have seen four neurologists including a visit to the Mayo clinic in minnesota. She has several mri s of the brain, neck, spine, tmj, facial orbits- no issues. She has tried topriamate, amitriplyne and neurontin. NOne of helped her. Physical therapy on her skull and mouth bc we thought it was TMJ. Biofeedback, various blood tests, chiropractor services, allergy testing, holistic doctor and now currently trying acupuncture. She has had no relief for 16 months. it is affecting her daily life as well as the family as a whole. 6 weeks before her headaches started she had a lot of dental work done in one day, four baby teeth pulled, palette expander, top braces and night brace. none of the doctors i have seen feel this is related. could her jaw been overhanded? could there nerve damage? no doctor seems to think there is a correlation. i just want my daughter to have some relief. any thoughts?

Investigation for serum uric acid should be done.
There may be increased serum uric acid
or altered level by which these symptoms are taking place.
Intraocular pressure should also be checked for glaucoma.
Headaches are also present in symptoms of acute closed angle glaucoma.
