Hi Dear ,

As per your query you had ear tubes in the past and now there is continues drainage of blood from ear . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like ear infection , trauma , swimmer's ear or some kind of tumor ( rare condition ) . In your case it seems to me that discharge is due to infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI , take discharge sample for lab testing and blood tests . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamicin ) at least for 10 days along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also place tubes or consider surgery .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
