Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of feeling very bloated, always hungry, do not feel full in spite of being eating a lot, passing non-solid bowel movements at least 4-5 times a day. Getting tired and always hungry, occurring for the last week and half. The most probable cause of such a problem is some intestinal infection with psychological overlay. I would advise you the following: Get the stool testes for 3 consecutive days. Tests of blood for thyroid function, liver function, diabetes and so on. X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography. Therapeutic course of an antibiotic and metronidazole with probiotics and activated charcoal tablets. See the results, consult a Gastroenterologist and carry on further tests and treatment.
