What Causes Constant Bloating And Hungriness?

hi I have been very bloated with pains that come on at random times, im always hungry and even if I eat im not full like I normally would be. I go to the bathroom at least four to five times a day and its not solid, im very tired and im constantly hungry. This has been going on for about a week and a half and usually I stop eating when im full. im 24, 128lbs

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of feeling very bloated, always hungry, do not feel full in spite of being eating a lot, passing non-solid bowel movements at least 4-5 times a day. Getting tired and always hungry, occurring for the last week and half.
The most probable cause of such a problem is some intestinal infection with psychological overlay.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool testes for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood for thyroid function, liver function, diabetes and so on.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography.
Therapeutic course of an antibiotic and metronidazole with probiotics and activated charcoal tablets.
See the results, consult a Gastroenterologist and carry on further tests and treatment.
