What Causes Constant Abdominal Bloating And Lower Back Pain?

I have constant abdominal bloating and gas, even in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning. My lower back (even with my hip bone) on the right side has a constant ache. Every time I go from sleeping or sitting to standing and walking, the muscles around my hips feel like they are bruised. I ve been loosing sleep due to all this discomfort. How do I make sure nothing really major is going on.

1 Any injury or surgical operation of abdomen or back?
2 Any chronic disease.
3 Current medication?

1 Aloes S 30, 6 pills twice in day
