What Causes Congested Nose, Sneezing And Burning Chest?

Hi, I've had cold like symptoms for the past 5 days. I feel fine other than major congestion and the nonstop sneezing. When I sneeze, I get a horrible burning sensation across my upper back and shoulders, as well as in my chest and down my left arm. Any idea as to what is causing this pain?

FOR PAIN TAKE.
PARACETAMOLE OR IBUPROFEN OR TRAMADOL.
ANTI ALLERGIC BENADRYL.
STEAM INHALATION WITH 'VICKS' TWICE A DAY .
HOT SALINE GARGLES TWICE A DAY.
AVOID SMOKING,ALCOHOL,SPICY FOOD.
TAKE FRUITS,JUICE,PLENTY OF WATER.
IT IS A VIRALNFECTION,CURE ITSELF WITH IN A WEEK.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IF NOT CURED.
