What Causes Cold With Stuffy Nose?

Hello, for about fiour days I've been having a cold and a stuffy nose. Last night I slept with my mouth open and I woke up and my left inner cheek is dry and rough instead of moist and soft like my right one. Is it because I slept with my mouth open all night? Much help would be appreciated.

in my opinion cold with stuffy nose , indicates you have viral URI or common flu. you need to take precautions , avoid cold food. local decongestants like xylometazoline nasal drops will help you in opening your stuffy nose. levocetrizine will be helpful. avoid using unnecessary antibiotics.
