General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get it reviewed by a dermatologist though herpes seems less likely and can be part of acne but marijauna may cause immunosuppressive state which can increase chances of skin infections so better be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
