Hi..

Welcome to healthcare magic.

As per your complain you have problem of cold feeling in toe area that may be because of nerve injury or nerve compression or neuropathy....
Vitamin b12 deficincey may lead to this type of symptoms..
Diabetic neuropathy also lead to numbness in toe..
Consult a physician for clinical examination and other investigation..
Treat underling cause..
Measure your blood pressure to check whether that one normal level or not...
Check a blood sugar level and vit b12 level also for further diagnosis.

Wish you a good health..
Get well soon..
Thank you.
Dr Rachana.
