What Causes Cold Sensation In The Chest, Back And Abdomen?

What is the cold watery feeling inside the chest, back, abdominal area? I had a low grade fever yesterday and I had sore throat and throat irritation couple of days ago. I can t tell if these are symptoms of the common cold or flu or something else going on? Please tell me what is this cold watery feeling flowing inside my body?

Hello,

Viral fever may cause numbness or altered perception to cold feeling. Also in case of ulcers lining in the stomach damaged lead to cold sensation.
