What Causes Cold Sensation In Larynx, Shortness Of Breath And Headache?

Signs & symptoms: cold sensation in larynx when breathing deeply, shortness of breath just by walking, headache (went away when I saw chiropractor), sharp pain, sometimes feels like something is on my chest. Pneumonia was ruled out by my doctor due to absence of other signs and symptoms, can you help me out in wondering what s wrong?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for asking question.
Dyspnea can be due to respiratory causes like bronchitis, pnemonia , emphysema etc. But here no other symptoms present so chances of respi.problem is less.
It could be laryngitis case.Laryngoscopy can be done to rule out it.
First check your hemoglobin level. If it is low then also breathlessness and tiredeness appear.
Dyspnea on exertion could be due to early heart failure cases. For that ECG or echcardiography can be done if no other causes suit in diagnosis.
If you develop cough and fever like symptoms then respiratory causes can be rule out by chest x ray or spirometry cases.
I hope my suggestion will help you.
