What Causes Cold, Headache, Forehead Pain And Nose Bleeding?
i have a cold. i blew my nose real hard, and my head ached. the felt the pain in my forehead. and later blood flowed out my nose. this happened yesterday. today, i m sort of experiencing the same pain i felt yesterday on my forehead. did i break anything? am i going to die?

pain in the fore head after cold and running nose is nothing but sinusitis infection
the other thing is nasal bleeding nothing to worry about this. inside the nose there is a blood vessel network if any small vein is injured while you blew your nose it can get damaged and it will profusely bleed.
when you have such episode it is advised to close the nose from where it bleeds and bend your head down for a few minutes.
you can apply ice over the nose to enhance faster stopping of the bleeding episode.
