What Causes Cold Hands And Blurred Vision After Running On Thread Mill?

My friend has some odd symptoms. While running on the treadmill approximately an hour ago, her left arm got very cold. Only her left arm. When she came home and had dinner, she got a headache and her vision was impaired. She said that the best way to describe it, was as if she had just looked into a bright light and then looked away. This has lasted for about 15 -20 minutes. Any suggestions? Thank you

this is propably what is called a steal syndrome where blood is stealed from the head to the arm on exercise.you have to visit vascular surgeon & do some investigation including arterial duplex and CT scan
