What Causes Cold Feet And Arms In Elderly Persons?

What could possibly be wrong with my 71 year old husband's right arm? It is nearly always cold from the little finger up the outside of his arm. He also has cold feet . He had a mini mot a few months ago and all was well with no medical problems. At the time did mention it to his GP but they were not concerned.

Hi,
Cold extremities (arms and feets/legs) could be due to reduced blood circulation. The overall activity is reduced and it could lead to reduced blood circulation (associated narrowing of vessels could add to reduced circulation). It should be more in the mornings. Increased activity and warm water bath should improve the circulation. If there are no associated medical problems, mild to moderate physical activity should improve the overall being. At this age try to avoid unnecessary or too many drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, happy to help.
