Hello Banocid i.e. diethylcarmazine is indicated in filariasis , toxocariasis , loiasis . As you mentioned that you are having cough, , cold , sneezing particularly in the evening time. Such type of symptoms may be due to . 1 Allergic bronchitis ,usually patient feels whistling sound during breathing , sneezing , cold in the evening time because of decrease in temperature . Decrease of temperature causes bronchoconstrictipon ,hence cough , cold , sneezing etc. When such type of patient visit in my clinic I advise them to take monteleukast + bambuterol twice in day . Cough syrup also advised ( dextromethorphan+ chlorpheniramine ) . 2 Also avoid , dust , mite ,hay pollen ,mold, humidity . 3 Sometimes hot coffee also help.
