dear user about your question i would like to tell you that these symptoms you mentioned refer mainly to have viral infection causing common cold symptoms lead to consequences of nasal discharge or soreness of throat and fatigue..........your feeling of these symptoms should not make you worry as it is common symptom of common cold or bacterial infection .....about treatment you can take tylenol as it will help alot to improve cold symptoms .......you should also drink alot of warm fluids that will make you better ......you should also have bed rest and no effort that cause you be tired or fatigue .....you can gargle your throat and nose with saline as simply it helps to decontaminate your nose and throat. ......you can use chlorohexidine or betadine mouth gargle if you have throat soreness with these symptoms.......some times we require blood test or nasal swab for investigation if symptoms get worse but now you not need that but till now you need not to do that.......if bacterial infection suggested you can take amoxicillin or erythromycin as it is antibiotic has great role in treatment of bacterial infection ..........wish you healthy life
