my baby has a runny nose and a cough in the evenings. the cough seems thick but not too thick. baby also has dark circles under the eyes. and the baby vomits if the baby drinks too much milk at one time. the baby plays fine, talks a lot, and doesn t have a fever. What could be the problem?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomfort

"As" per your question you may do like this-

1)Give cough syrup with antihistamine

2)Give him a multivitamin syrup regularly

3)Do not give milk at a time rather give frequently in small amounts and add digestive enzyme[lactase] drops before giving milk.

4)Do a blood differential count test to ruled out any allergy.

Hope that helps
