What Causes Cluster Of Red Raised Dots On The Side Of Chest?
My son developed a cluster of red raised dots about the dive of a pin head on the side of his chest. The cluster is about 1 by 2 with about 25-30 small bumps. They pitched a little. After a few days I noticed that all the dots had a scab right in the center. What could these be?

If he gets itching or have fever associated.As these could be because of either viral infection or if severe itching then could be because if scabies (a parasitic infection).
I would suggest visit a dermatologist and discuss further.Else you can upload the pics and discuss further.
