What Causes Cluster Of Bite Marks Around Rectum And Cold Sweats?

For the last three days my daughter as had a severe headaches that are made tolerable by taking ibuphrophen, she has complained of cold sweats, she has told me she has a cluster of bite marks around her rectum area, she has been tired more than usual

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your daughter having headache for which she has taken Ibuprofen, has cold sweats and bite marks around rectum/anus.
The most probable cause from the history you have provided look to be intestinal infection with toxaemia, The infection causes the bite marks around the anus as the infection directly affects the skin.
I would advise her the following:
Tests of stool, blood- routine and culture and sensitivity.
A course of antibiotics, metronidazole and probiotics and symptomatic treatment with paracetamol and so on.
She will be fine with this.
Local cleaning the anal area with plain water and applying liquid povidone iodine helps a lot.
