What Causes Cloudy/brown Urine, Chills, Body Ache From Knees To Lower Back?
I had chills and my body ached however I don't have any flu symptoms. The pain is specific from my knees to my lower back. I had a FBC done and my Hb is 13.6 and my Red cell count and MCV is normal. The only thing that takes the symptoms completely away is Medlemon. I took two on sunday and one last night. The chills started to come back today from about 11:am this morning. My urine looks cloudy and a little brown and the dipstick is normal except 1+ sugar. The urine microscopy shows nothing particularly abnormal. Please help

You seems to suffer from -mostly from UTI with diabetes.
Get the urine nitrite test and Leucocyte esterase test-to detect minute and undetectable UTI -which could be causing chills with cloudy urine in your case,without any microscopic evidence for UTI.
Med-lemon- is aspirin with lemon and is not a antibiotic to give you cure from UTI.Its being symptomatic drug-chills have recovered,as the drug effect reduces with time.
Urine 1+ sugar makes one to rule out hidden diabetes causing chills in your case.
