I had a yeast infection that I think turned into a uti. I have cloudy urine with a strong odor, it sometimes itches and burns after having sex with my boyfriend, the area around my vagina swells up and gets red, and today there was dark brown color discharge and it feels like my vagina is being torn apart when I went to examine it. What does that mean

Hi, I think you are having some vaginal as well as urine infection. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs. A vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs may be needed.
