Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Did you suffer head trauma? Did you have any nasal complain before trauma?

Clogged nostril could be due to nasal bone fracture, nasal mass or sinus infection. Anti-hypertensives do cause nasal blockage, ask your physician to change the molecule which causes less side effect. Prazocin may also add to blockage.
General advice: 1. Take steam inhalation
Next Step: Visit an ENT specialist to get proper diagnosis and possible measures to get relief.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Himanshu Dhanak, Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist
