Hello, Backstory: I regularly clean my ears monthly, with a metal piece of cleaning equipment, it looks like a tiny spoon so it can be inserted into the ear to literally scoop up dirt. There s one time I cleaned it and heard a piece of ear wax drop further into my ear drum. From then my ear started to clog slowly over a period of weeks, and there were times I had what felt like clogged ears so I would drop some water in, let what I believed is hardened ear wax, soak and then drain the water from my left ear. The water would fill my ear for about 30 seconds before I let the water out. Just yesterday I awoke and realised here s a small lump behind my left ear. It s quite small and not visible or protruding out of my skin. But if I press on it I can feel a small ball. When pressed, I can feel some pressure on it but no pain. Also I had headaches on and off on the left side of my head too, and I m wondering if they re related? Should I visit a doctor? I m sure it s not swimmers ear as there s no pain. Thank you
