What Causes Clicking Sound In The Ribs Upon Moving Post An Injury?

i had a bad fall with a full impact on my back and have fractured two ribs 8 & 9 one is a displaced fracture, had blood in urine for two weeks cat scan was normal, pain is doing better but ribs seem to be moving around a lot and clicking while breathing. Is this normal?

As a physician I would like to tell you that Post injury ribs usually does sounds like the symptoms you are describing. Also, I would advise that you should visit your consulting physician if you observe symptoms like shortness of breath, difficulty bending forward.
