What Causes Clear Discharge And Redness On The Penis?
Hello, my 2 year old son has clear discharge coming from his willy, and it smells very strong, today the top of his willy is looking red a sore. Can I use sudocrem to help the soreness? Until I can see a doctor or is there any over the counter treatments?

I don't think you can use sudocrem in this case. It is not a dripper rash to be cured by sudocrem.
Taking count that it smells bad and has discharged it may be a urinary tract infection.
You can do a urine analysis and even an uroculture and maybe he could take antibiotics.
