What Causes Clear And Thick Discharge From The Penis?
Recently I have suffered secretion of mucus either from my penis or emanating from my foreskin. I don t believe that this is a sympton of an STD, and I thought it might be a side effect of statins that I am taking and/or Amlodipine 5 mg. Possible Thrush?

The statin and amlodipine do not put a threat of such penile discharge as a side effect.
In my opinion, there can be urinary tract infection with Chlamydia trachomatis or else.
It is strongly recommended to undertake a culture report of the swab for best antibiotic assistance, till that time you should
- drink plenty liquids
- antiseptic cleaning of foreskin and glans
- avoid sexual intercourse if active
- regular trimming of private area hair.
