If your hemoglobin level is improving then no worries. Its ok. It will take its time and will come back to normal again. Your physician must have given you medications to improve hemoglobin levels along with blood transfusion. Take that medication timely and regulary. Maintaining a healthy diet, fresh fruit juices will help improve sooner. Green leafy vegetables, avocado is good to replenish iron stores and improve hemoglobin.
